This week we had the opportunity to appraise this painting for one of our Toronto clients. She purchased it in 1975 for $525. Needless to say, our client was shocked and more than happy to find out that today's market value is approximately 100 times that amount. Should it ever become available for sale, our client is now equipped with the knowledge of its up-to-date value as a guideline for more informed selling.
